About the Event

"When I lost my Dad, I was shocked and devastated, one day everything was fine and the next, he was gone. It took me 5 years to realise that friends and family are important but there is nothing like speaking to someone who has been through the same thing. Someone who has felt the same emotions and experienced the same heartwrenching grief. As the months passed, it became more and more difficult to talk to people without feeling like a burden, besides expensive therapy, there wasn't anything else accessible. So, I'm on a mission to support and connect others who have gone through something similar."

TMFtalks is a genuine safe place to chat with like-minded people affected by losing someone to heart disease. It's an opportunity to share personal stories, coping strategies, and ways to have a more positive outlook along with professional advice from a Multi-Award Winning Holistic Wellness Alchemist, Mental Health Educator, Best-Selling Author, and Mental Health Professional of the year, Colin Bailey.

We hope everyone who attends a TMFtalk Coffee Morning can take something positive away, whether that be a coping strategy, an opportunity to share, a way to find purpose, how to remember, or just simply by knowing that you aren't the only one who feels that way.

To sign up, all you need to do is click the book button, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link for Saturday at 9:45 am UK time. There are only 6 spaces, so please reserve your space asap to avoid missing out.

Our talks are specific to anyone affected by heart disease. If you have any questions, please reach out to contact@themitchyfoundation.org.uk
