Seven runners take on the Paris Marathon, raising £8,486 for the foundation
2 min read

On Sunday 13 April 2025, seven of our runners lined up in the heart of Paris to take on one of the world's great marathons in memory of Mitchy.
From the start line on the Champs-Élysées, through the streets of central Paris, past the Louvre and along the Seine, the team pushed through every one of the 26.2 miles. Some were chasing a time, some were chasing a finish, and every one of them got there.
Together they raised an incredible £8,486 for The Mitchy Foundation. That money goes straight into the work we do: funding community heart health checks, supporting local first responders, and helping families affected by sudden cardiac events.
A huge thank you to every runner, every supporter who travelled out to cheer the team on, and every person who donated, shared a fundraiser or sent a message of encouragement. Days like this are why the foundation exists.
